How do I get Qtum?
You can purchase QTUM through supported exchanges like Binance, OKX, or Bybit, then either use it directly to pay for your order or deposit it into your Umy Pay wallet.
Where it applies?
Valid for all Umy hotel bookings that support crypto payments. Not applicable to Tailored Travel or certain Umy Luxury room types (subject to availability at checkout).
What should I do if the payment fails?

How does the refund work?
Orders paid with QTUM can be refunded in accordance with the hotel's cancellation policy. Depending on the policy, your booking may be:
- Fully refundable
- Partially refundable (with penalties)
- Non-refundable
For QTUM payments, if partial refunds are allowed, the refund will be calculated proportionally and returned in QTUM to your Umy Pay Wallet.
